Role: Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities Include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to qualify them as real opportunities
  • Maintaining CRM systems and following businesses processes
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

What does an Inside Sales Representative do?

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable handling sales inquiries, qualifying prospects, setting up calls, managing follow-up tasks and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your Marketing Colleagues to build and execute lead generation campaigns across international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding prospective Customer requirements and delivering technical product demonstrations in context with those requirements.
  • Gain a strong technical understanding of Kumulos to handle technical questions from both customers and soon to be customers
  • Support sales colleagues to understand requirements and how closely the Kumulos platform meets those requirements
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure their output is technically accurate and compelling
  • Deliver technical training to mobile app developers looking to utilize our platform
  • Attend tradeshows and customers meetings as the technical expert on the Kumulos Platform
  • Respond promptly to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to match them against our capabilities to ensure we show the full value of the Kumulos solution

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in Cloud & API enabled technology, ideally in the mobile app sector
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience with a minimum of two years in sales engineering or technical consulting
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Full-Stack Developers

Role: Full-Stack Developers (Dundee)

Based in Dundee – Scotland’s coolest little city and home of the world famous V&A Design Museum, our software development team is responsible for every aspect of the delivery of new features onto the Kumulos platform. We have no shortage of ideas or things we want to do, so we are always on the lookout for talented, full-stack developers (of any experience level) to join our team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of a complete software stack, including:

  • SQL-based, relational database engines
  • Server-side scripting and Object Oriented Programming
  • Client-side scripting and experience with Javascript

Candidates should also be able to demonstrate knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including:

  • Unit testing
  • Version control
  • Continuous integration and deployment
  • Working within an Agile environment

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

Successful candidates will likely have experience of one or more of the following technologies:

  • Database design with MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Object Orientated Programming with PHP7 (Laravel), C# or Java
  • Single-page-application development with React, Angular or Vue.js
  • Native or hybrid mobile application development on iOS or Android
