Due to the recent outbreak of the Corona Virus at this time we would like to offer our support to our customers, colleagues and all those associated with Kumulos. As a precautionary measure we have taken steps to ensure that we will be ready in any circumstance to still offer the same level of service Kumulos users are accustomed to.
Of course the safety of everyone involved is paramount in these times and steps must be taken to minimize risk. This is why we have put in place a plan in which Kumulos will be operative remotely and all staff have been briefed on appropriate protocol.
As a customer, we will continue to provide you with all of our services as normal. All facets of the company are capable of remote working. This is why we believe that the Corona Virus should not affect our service or product delivery. Our staff already have the tools and resources available to them outwith the workplace. Our DevOps and support teams will be able to continue their customer communication without downtime or interruption.
We are monitoring the situation closely and are heeding the advice of medical and government officials. We are checking the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regularly to ensure we have the latest information. Should there be any changes we will issue another statement.
